Anti-Americans

Officials who held power and used it against the system they swore to serve. This register keeps two separate records, and one should not be read as the other. The first is the 2020 election and January 6: the votes against certifying, the brief asking the Court to set aside four states' results, the denials and the pardons. The second is conduct in the 47th presidency — against courts, inspectors general, elected prosecutors, libraries, the civil service and the press, and in the treatment of people inside the country and of allies outside it. Being filed for the second is not an accusation of the first. Each entry says which it is, with the date and the document.

Someone who served in both presidencies is counted in both, so these do not add up to the register total. The two terms carry different records: 45th-term entries are the 2020 election and January 6; 47th-term entries are conduct in office since. An entry in one is not an accusation about the other. 1 entry has no presidency recorded yet.
