Settled Dominion's defamation claim for $67 million
Agreed to pay $67 million to Dominion Voting Systems over its broadcasts about the 2020 election, after a Delaware judge had already held that it defamed the company, leaving only whether it acted with actual malice for a jury. It had settled a separate claim by Smartmatic for $40 million.
