Testified to the federal grand jury
Appeared before the federal grand jury in Washington for about three hours over his part in organizing the rallies that preceded the attack. He held the permit for a "One Nation Under God" rally on the Capitol grounds for January 6, which he said could not go ahead because of the violence. He has said he had "nothing to do with the violence or lawbreaking that happened on January 6".
