Responsible
Rick Scott
U.S. Senator — Florida
Voted to sustain the objection to Pennsylvania's electoral votes, one of seven senators to do so, on the ground that the state's mail-ballot rules had been changed in defiance of state law. He did not vote to sustain the Arizona objection. He has since said the vote would not have changed the outcome and was about Pennsylvania's process rather than the result.
